A member of the board and global Chief Executive Officer of Dion, Ralph has over sixteen years experience in the IT and Securities industries. Prior to the establishment of Dion, Ralph was the founder and CEO of Capital Market Solutions where he successfully expanded CMS’s footprint across Asia.

Ralph was also previously a member of the Board of Misys Securities Trading Systems and was Director of Operations in Asia Pacific. He was responsible for the companies’ operations in Australia, New Zealand, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea.

Ralph's knowledge of the IT and securities industry has resulted in him being consulted on a number of industry initiatives and being invited to speak at several industry events across the region.

Joe has over twenty years experience in Information Technology, the last ten specialising in the Securities Industry. Prior to the establishment of Capital Market Solutions and subsequently Dion, Joe was Country Manager, Australia and New Zealand and a Director of Misys Securities Trading Systems Pty Ltd.

Joe headed the Securities Business Unit of Fujitsu Australia Limited and managed the sale of this business to Misys in March 1999. Following the acquisition by Misys, Joe took on responsibility for ACT Financial Systems (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd (a Misys wholly owned subsidiary).

Appointed Managing Director Australia and New Zealand November 2007 and subsequently Managing Director of Asia September 2010, Andy Slade originally joined Dion under the auspices of Capital Market Solutions in 2006 as Professional Services Director.

With over twenty years experience within the information technology and securities industries, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and insight gained in providing application software and outsourcing services to leading financial institutions located across Asia Pacific, United Kingdom and Europe.

Rudi has over 20 years of management experience providing software and business solutions to the financial markets around the globe, developing an excellent understanding of both the banking and securities industries.

Experienced in both the operational and commercial aspects of operating a business, Rudi’s executive positions in the past have included; being a member of the Board of Misys Securities Trading Systems in London - where he was Director of Operations for Europe and the US, Managing Director of Misys Banking Systems for Japan and Korea, and Global Operations Director for BIS Banking Trading Systems based in Luxembourg.

Abhay has over twenty years experience in Information Technology management consulting, banking, and insurance sectors. Prior to Dion, Abhay was the Senior Vice President & Business Head for South Asia at 3i Infotech.

Abhay began his career with the Life Insurance Corporation of India and has held senior positions in companies such as Ernst & Young, Tata Consultancy Services and the State Bank of India. At Dion, Abhay is the Chief Operating Officer for South Asia, Africa & Middle-East and handles all business development activities in the region.

Abhay is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), a Licentiate from Insurance Institute of India, and a Professional Member of several leading financial and management institutions.

Colin has over twenty years experience within the financial software industry and thirteen years experience in the Investment Banking and Broking industries, gained in London, Frankfurt, New York, Chicago and Tokyo.

Having been based in Asia for over 16 years, Colin's previous executive positions have included managing the Asian and European business for Religare Technova / Capital Market Solutions, Country Manager - Japan for Misys Securities Trading Systems as well as other senior Business Development and Business Consultancy positions.

Colin is now utilising his experience and skills in heading up the Products & Strategy division to help expand Dion's product portfolio.

Gaurav has grown from the grass root level to managing the software development division as Development Director in a short span of 7 years. His ability to learn, apply technical skills and absorb business acumen at a tremendous speed has helped to grow the development team and its array of products.

With experience in Software Services, Software Solutions and Product Management, Gaurav has played a variety of key roles including development, analysis, architect plus others. His knowledge of technology and business along-with a customer centric focus has been a key driver in his contribution to the growth of the Dion Global Solutions.

Anurag Garg has a two decades of rich experience in financial research, including about 10 years in developing financial research platforms and databases. He has a strong entrepreneurial ability with a solid record of contributions that involved identification of new business opportunities, product conceptualization & development, creation of new business models, and managed large P&L responsibilities.

Prior to Dion, he was associated with Gridstone Research as Head of Research Operations. Before Gridstone, Anurag co-founded ICRA Online, a leading provider of information and software products to mutual funds industry in India and served as its Joint Managing Director. He has also worked with Copal Research, KMG Infotech, and HB Portfolio.

With over 14 years of experience in HR across the IT and Insurance industries, Faisal carries the overall responsibility for all People processes, Training & Development initiatives across Dion. Part of the core management team, Faisal drives strategies from an employee perspective, assisting respective business heads in achieving their business goals. 

Previous to Dion, Faisal was also associated with Aviva Life Insurance as Associate Director and also worked with CSC and Hughes Software. With a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Faisal is currently pursuing a PhD in HR from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.

Manish has over 15 years of experience in Indian and multinational companies and currently oversees Dion’s overall financial operations, planning & analysis, tax strategies, compliance & corporate taxation, risk assessment, legal, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financial reporting functions.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Manish has also obtained a Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA), London.

Previously he spent over five years at Computer Sciences Corporation as Head of Finance, where he held key responsibilities in the finance and supply chain functions. He has also worked with HCL technologies, PriceWaterhouse and, 3i Technologies.

Keith, a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the New Zealand Society of Accountants, has over 20 years experience in the financial and IT industries. Prior to joining Capital Market Solutions and sub sequentially Dion, Keith was Director of finance and operations for Attachmate Australasia where he was responsible for Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.

With Keith's specialised expertise he is responsible for leading all aspects of Dion’s finance and administrative functions globally.
