sector. He has traveled widely
to many countries for heading
software projects. He has strong
business
development, sales, consulting,
recruitment, project management,
design and implementation skills.
He has set technology competency
goals for Asian CERC and has
pioneered Asian CERC from low value-chain
tasks to high value chain in
IT
industry.
Sudhanshu Varma - Executive Director
Mr. Sudhanshu Varma aged 42 years is a B.E. (H) Mechanical, M.Sc. (H) Physics from BITS., Pilani. He has sound knowledge and experience of more than 16 years in the field of Marketing and Business Operations. Earlier to this appointment he had taken up the entrepreneurial role of an independent Management Consultant working across industry segments.
Mr. Manoj A Shah - Director
Mr. Manoj A Shah aged 61 years is a BE (Electrical), MS (Industrial) highly visible business executive in the global information technology industry and in India. He has been in the industry for 35 years, 24 years with DIGITAL of which last 6 as the founder managing director of DIGITAL INDIA.
He is the president and CEO of his own International Business Alliance Consulting Group in Bangalore. He has created REGENT ASSOCIATES INDIA LIMITED in association with Regent Associates Ltd., a Mergers and Acquisition specialists with global network. He is active in Angel Investment Arena and M & A activities through Regent Associates' worldwide network. He is also a general partner in Infinity Ventures and an investment advisor to Karnataka's IT Venture Fund KITVEN. He is also on the Board of ITTI Limited.
Mr. Kanwaljeet Singh - Director
Mr. Kanwaljeet Singh aged 43 years is a BE (Electrical) and an MBA (Marketing/Finance) and is having over 18 years of experience in the areas of venture investing, marketing and business development across multiple sectors in India. Mr. Kanwaljeet is a founding partner of Helion Venture Partners, an India focused early to mid stage technology venture firm. Till early 2005, Mr. Kanwaljeet was a Director and co-head of The Carlyle Group's India venture operations.
Mr. Maninder Singh Grewal - Director
Mr. Maninder Singh Grewal aged 54 years, holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and B. Tech. (Hons.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has more than 33 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. Currently he is associated with Fortis Financial Services Limited as Whole Time Director.
Mr. Vikram Sahgal - Director
Mr. Vikram Sahgal, aged 51 years, is a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. He has a professional experience of around 27 years in the engineering field. He is the Director of Micron Instruments Private Limited, Micron Intertech Private Limited, Technet Micron (India) Private Limited, Alliedtronics (India) Private Limited and Fortis Financial Services Limited. He is a Member of the Managing Committee of PHDCCI and also a Member of the National Committee of Defense of the CII.
Mr. Padam Bahl - Director
Mr. Padam Bahl, aged 55 years, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Kurukshetra University and a bachelor’s degree in law from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also received a diploma in information system audit from SSI, Amritsar. Mr. Bahl has been practicing as a chartered accountant and an income tax advisor since 1979 and has more than 27 years of work experience. He was the chairman of the Northern India Regional Council, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Amritsar Branch for the year 1998-99 and was a member of the Income Tax Advisory Committee, Amritsar Chapter during the years 2002-03 and 2003-04.
Mr. Anil Saxena- Director
Mr. Anil Saxena, aged 39 years, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is currently associated with Religare Enterprises Limited (REL) as Group Chief Finance Officer and carries the overall responsibility for management and supervision of business thereat and has played a key role in driving its growth. He joined Religare Securities Limited (RSL), a subsidiary of REL on August 1, 2001. Prior to joining RSL, he was at Kotak Securities Limited as their Vice-President. In the past, he has also worked with Fortis Financial Services Limited and R. Singhania & Co. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial service industry.
Mr. Anuj Chowdhry - Director
Mr. Anuj Chowdhry aged 46 years is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and having more then 20 years of rich and varied experience in corporate finance, equity and debt placements and business restructuring.
His experience includes advising Large Indian Business Conglomerates on business and financial consulting and strategy. He has a successful track record of arranging equity and debt finance of over $ 400 million for fast growing mid-market companies and of structuring joint venture relationships for Western Multinationals entering India.
He is very well networked within the Indian Corporate Sector, Banks and Financing Institutions such as Yes Bank, Rabo Bank, IFCI, IDBI, Canara Bank, State Bank of India to name a few to facilitate business collaborations and funding. He is specialized in distressed asset debt restructuring and works actively with specialized distressed assets funds.
He is on the Board of Brushman (India) Limited.

Before joining Asian CERC, Sameer worked with Proxim Corporation as International Controller. He is a cost and Works Accountant from Institute of Cost and works Accountants of India and Certified Management Accountant from Institute of Management Accountants. NJ, United Sates.
